The 2015-2016 Dance Season begins in 4 weeks!!

Intensity Dance Team (IDT) will begin the season in a new 2,500 sq. ft. studio with large windows, a nice waiting room, two restrooms, and a dressing room. 

It is a great space ready for all kinds of creativity to happen. 

Karissa has choreography ready for the IDT Junior Team, IDT Gold Team, 

IDT Black Team and IDT Senior Team that will refine technique, 

increase precision and win over judges once again. 

Get ready IDT Dancers!

A huge "Thank you!" to all of the parents and dancers for making the final dance camp of the summer a great success!! Karissa choreographed a full 1:26 Hip Hoproutine, which the dancers learned in 3 days! 

Every one of them killed it in their performance today with all kinds of attitude and confidence!! 

The final dance camp of the summer begins two weeks from today! 

Karissa has exciting choreography planned for the Hip Hop Summer Dance Camp 8/3, 8/4, 8/5, 

and she cannot wait to break it down with everyone at the camp!

Karissa had a blast teaching the Creative Movement Summer Dance Camp 

at the Wasatch County Rec Center this week!

The kids did a great job performing their 2:30 piece which included tempo changes, shaping, locomotor movements, musicality, isolations, and level changes, along with some good old 90's moves like the Cabbage Patch, the Running Man and a nice stall at the end to Missy Elliott's "We Run This!"

A huge Thank you to all of the families who filled the stands to cheer on their dancers during their performance today!!
